REMINDERS
- Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
- After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping time: Deliveries to Australia, Ireland, Bulguria, Italy, Greece, Sweden, Spain, Portugal and South Africa are within 20 shipping days.
- Customs taxes vary by country and will be charged according to the local customs policies. If you were required to pay a customs fee, please contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance.
- If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. Here are some alternate options:
Once the package has been delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly to request them to redirect it to an alternate address. Please note that this is done at the discretion of the postal office.
