RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Rexing Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date. Please follow the guidelines below for a smooth return process:
Eligibility for Return:
Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused, with all original hangtags and packaging attached.
Initiate the Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or you can click here to request a return and provide the reason for your return. We will also provide you with return labels to simplify the process. Please avoid sending the product back to the original shipping address directly.
Once we receive and process your return package at our warehouse,we'll refund you within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order) has been issued. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction.
Return Shipping Costs:
For returns not related to product quality, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Gift Card Returns:
Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that lingerie, socks, or items marked as "Final Sale" are considered non-returnable and cannot be refunded once purchased.
